Ohio State Requirement Details for Real Estate Continuing Education:
Renewal Date: Every three years by the licensee’s birth date.

Check Your Credits and Due Date
Visit the Ohio Division of Real Estate’s website, add your name to the search, and you will see the date your CE is due and a list of all credited classes you have completed.
Education Designation
NAR and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils provide a wide range of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.
Online Offerings
Check out the CE Shop if you need an online class. Whether online or in person, the certified instructor or venue providing the course is responsible for submitting your certificate to the Division so you can get credit.
