Brokers/managers---this is a risk management issue that brokers should think about. Tracey will help you with ideas to "REDUCE LIABILITY AND INCREASE MORALE!" This workshop will give you hands-on tools to implement a safety policy in your offices that will help protect your agents. Liability is a real threat to brokerage owners. Cost is $59

Tracey will provide tips on how to work safely. Agents will learn how to add value to the relationship with the consumer, sellers, buyers and even FSBOs! You will receive take-home tools that you can use immediately to start protecting your customers. Cost is $20
