September 12 is the Annual Meeting. If for some reason you cannot attend you can still vote. Just contact the office by 10 AM on September 11 and return the ballot by NOON on September 11. All absentee ballots need to be in by Noon on Tuesday, September 11. Reservations for the meeting is due September 5th!
September is REALTOR Safety Month! Midwestern Ohio Association and Springfield are working together to present programs for our Brokers. Second in the series is “Are Brokers Accountable for REALTOR Safety?” It will be held at Hobart Arena in Troy on September 13 beginning at 9 AM. 3 hrs. of CE.
In the afternoon beginning at 1:30- 3:30 PM we will be having a Safety Course for Agents. It will be a 2 hrs. of CE.
Candidate College
Ever thought about getting into Politics? Greater Springfield has a program called Candidate College. A non-partisan program created by the Chamber of Greater Springfield to inform and educate individuals who are considering running for local office. Contact the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce for details.
Altrusa’s Annual Literacy Sting is looking for teams to compete. Takes only 3 Members to make the team. The Event Chair stop by the office. There will be significant crowd watching, and it is so much fun! What a great way to Advertise, AND you would be helping our community! There is also an opportunity to be a sponsor too!
